Our Expertise

Founding partners, Bradley C. Pinta and Milton Schwartzberg have many years of legal expertise and experience. Since 1981, Brad has represented a variety of individual and business clients ranging from automobile dealers to smaller business and institutional clients.

Brad developed invaluable trial and litigation skills through his representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in business, commercial, employment, and legal malpractice cases. These skills provide our clients with highly competent legal representation both outside and in the courtroom. Brad’s business training and former managing partner experiences combine to enable him to design and implement cost-effective and efficient strategies for both simple and complex matters that the Firm litigates for its clients.

Milt has spent more than 30 years focusing his practice on the representation of a wide cross-section of individual, business, and corporate interests. His clients have included dentists, physicians, automobile dealers, leasing companies, trade associations, and a variety of entrepreneur-founded small businesses. The range and breadth of this commercial client base encompasses environmental service companies, restaurants, software developers and a commercial waste disposal company. Milt has also authored several chapters in graduate school textbooks examining the relationship of the law of contracts to business situations in the field of allied-health.  He has also authored works in textbooks analyzing laws and their impact upon American higher education. Milt’s skills and experience are such that he can provide legal expertise for businesses that include start-up services; employment policies; real estate purchasing, leasing and subdividing; as well as ongoing “trouble-shooting.”  Milt has a great many years of litigation experience behind him, including dozens of jury trials.  He now prefers to concentrate his practice in business, corporate and disability areas, and collaborates on litigation with Brad.

Disability Insurance Law

While disability insurance claims have only recently been highlighted in various national television broadcasts, the Firm has been involved in representing clients in such matters since 1999. In fact, the Firm has enjoyed significant success in representing several of its clients who were detrimentally affected by the wrongful denial of their disability insurance benefits by their carriers. We have obtained a number of significant monetary settlements from insurance carriers, enabling these clients to receive their rightful share of their disability benefits. The Firm is aware of the latest developments in this field of law as a result of an open and ongoing dialogue with other plaintiffs’ counsel nationwide and our regular attendance at disability insurance law seminars held throughout the country.

Other Areas of Practice

Additionally, the Firm offers representation in diverse areas of civil litigation; commercial/business organization; divorce/domestic relations; residential and commercial real estate conveyancing and leasing; a wide spectrum of personal injury; appeals; and estate, probate and tax law.
